Seaterra proudly opened the gates of their Reserve Site to the excited new home owners on schedule in August 2008. The project has proved incredibly popular following the development of the other 3 sites in Esentepe and Tatlisu.

                     
 
The purpose of this website is to give homeowners and holiday renter’s information on the site, the lovely Village of Tatlisu where the site resides, restaurants and any upcoming special events in North Cyprus. This truly is a beautiful peaceful location and well worth a visit.
 

           
Following their successful management of the Seaterra Esentepe complex, Donaghy & Beyler Property Agents and Lettings Ltd are proud to have been offered the opportunity for the management of Seaterra Reserve, starting from 16th March 2009. D&B will be based on site to ensure the complex retains the standards in place from inception through the years to come and ensure continuous communication with the new home owners. Rental and property management services are also available via Donaghy & Beyler, allowing apartments owners to make the most out of their investment whilst they are not using them personally.
